Day 9 - Portland, OR

Day 8 - Salem, OR

A trip to Salem to visit my niece Cindy and her husband Curtis

Cindy told us about one of their favorite places - Silver Falls State Park.

It's a 10 hiking trail loop with 10 water falls.  We hiked to the first one - short hike but very steep!

The drive out to the State Park was filled with farming and hundreds of Christmas tree farms.

This is funny - I'm not much of a wine drinker - but I love to go to wineries!
